By subscribing you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled.
If a renewal fails, nothing changes for five days while the card is retried. After five days access pauses until the payment goes through; after fourteen days the membership cancels itself and you can subscribe again at the current price.
Upgrading restarts your month on the day you upgrade: you pay the new plan's price less the unused part of your current plan, and you see today's figures before anything is charged. Moving to a lower plan keeps your renewal date and leaves the difference as a credit on your account. Sports is a separate membership, added beside a plan rather than switched to.
